Service Description
This group is for parents of babies 6–18 months with exceptional needs—a space created for connection, development, and support when other places don’t quite fit. We’ll meet March 4–April 15 through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions. In person: Wednesday, March 4 at 2:00 PM & Wednesday, April 15 at 2:00 PM. Evening virtual sessions to continue the connection, learn from experts, and support one another. Dates TBD. Service is Benefit Eligible under both Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology, both often covered under most benefit plans.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a flexible and accommodating environment for our clients. To ensure the best use of our resources and availability, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of the impact of late cancellations on our scheduling and the ability to accommodate other clients. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies or unavoidable situations. We value the commitment of our clients and aim to strike a balance between flexibility and maintaining the integrity of our scheduling system. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
